Timothy I Mullins
Timothy I Mullins passed away unexpectedly at home on October 22, 2022. He was born in Bremerton to Marvin and Hazel Mullins on January 25, 1957. He was a lifelong resident of Bremerton, growing up in the area and graduating from South Kitsap High School in 1975. After high school, he attended some vocational schools and entered the PSNS apprenticeship. He was proud of the time that he spent in Shop 06 at PSNS.
The changing seasons meant the challenging hunting and fishing adventures that took him across the Pacific Northwest. Fishing for halibut in Neah Bay, Silver’s in Sekiu, King’s in Tillamook and Crab/Shrimp in Hood Canal were among the favorite fishing locations. The hunting adventures included deer hunting on the coast, prairie dog hunting in Montana and duck/goose hunting around Moses Lake.
During the winter months, he would spend his time trapshooting in the Olympic Continental League and amassing eleven league championships in the process. Along with the league championships, he served as the league chairman for a number of years. He also was a lifetime member of Bremerton Trap and Skeet and Gig Harbor Sportsman Club, serving multiple terms on both respective club’s Board of Directors.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Hazel Mullins and brother Michael O’Day. He is survived by his wife Linda Mullins (Pritchard), son John Mullins and sister Patricia O’Day.
“To provide a facility and organization that safely, enjoyably, and economically allows our members, guests, and our community to participate in the shooting sports and fellowship of the Club.”
