Our Range Officers are unpaid professionals[1], whose primary responsibility is the safe running of the Range.  Our Range Officers all go through a detailed training program, followed by a mentoring by a senior range officer prior to their service.  Our Range Officers officers have a variety of shooting skills and experiences that they bring. Many come from a military or law enforcement background; many have had extensive training through some of the most prestigious academies and instructors in the country. Many are certified NRA instructors in a number of disciplines.  Our Range Officers are generally happy to answer questions about firearms and shooting and help shooters while they are at the range, provided it does not take them from their primary duty, which is the safe operation of the range.
